Refund Policy

At JM Solution Pakistan, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return or Exchange

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

A refund, replacement, or exchange is only possible if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/video of the packaging and the product showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund (depending on availability)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased during sales, bundles, or promotions

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
